cancel_at_period_end
and Stripe Customer IDs to update corresponding Intercom contacts. - Authentication Tokens: We store Intercom API tokens securely in Redis for authentication purposes.
- Log Data: We collect limited technical logs for debugging and performance monitoring (e.g., API response errors).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To sync subscription cancellation data from Stripe to Intercom.
- To improve the performance and security of our App.
- To comply with legal obligations.

- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We only share necessary data with Intercom and Stripe to provide the sync functionality.

- You can revoke access to ChurnAlert by removing the app from Intercom.
